Shipping & Returns

Shipping within New Zealand

We use Post Haste, Castle Parcels & PBT for the deliveries within New Zealand. Generally, you will receive your parcel within 1-2 days in the North Island and up to 3-4 days South Island/Rural Delivery (sometimes faster).

Shipping prices are as follows:

  • Flat Rate $5.00 for all orders under $50. 
  • Free Shipping for all orders over $50. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
  • If the product is out of stock, you will be notified of the indicative timeframes.

Shipping Overseas

  • Shipping rates will be calulated during checkout to your location. All prices for overseas customers are shown in your shopping cart exclusive of GST (15% tax) which do not apply for international orders.

Picks Ups & Viewing

We aim to offer the best service and fast dispatch of our orders and due to this we are not open for viewing or pick ups. Being an online business our stock room isn't set up as a show room for browsing.

We work from home with our 3 children and are packing a large amount of orders daily. Along with that it can be difficult to arrange suitable times with home/work commitments. If you require something urgently we may be able to arrange for you to collect providing the order has been placed and paid for online.

Please note that we do offer free local delivery within the Wellington region.

Warranty & Returns

Woven takes great care to be as accurate as possible when describing our products.

We are happy to provide a refund for faulty goods or give you a store credit. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase to advise us of the fault. The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

I understand that choosing items online can be difficult, and I am happy to exchange products or give you a store credit (less delivery costs in both directions) if they are not quite what you expected. The item must be in unused, unwashed and in perfect resalable condition including packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Please log into your account and use the return feature under 'my account' and orders. You can simply fill in the online form for the goods you wish to return.

If you wish to return a product that was on clearance a store credit will be issued.

We also cannot provide a refund if goods are delayed in transit beyond our control.

The goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Woven will not refund delivery charges or any delivery charges incurred by the customer in returning items to us. Woven does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during care of the item, such as washing or drying.
